We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD-MM Implementation Specialist with extensive experience in handling implementation and go-live aspects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) modules, primarily focusing on large-scale implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP SD and MM modules, ensuring successful delivery within project timelines and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure, customize, and optimize SAP SD and MM modules to meet business needs and align with best practices.
- Provide expertise in data migration, master data management, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for end-users and project stakeholders.
- Lead testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and execute cutover plans for system go-live, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions during implementation and post-go-live support phases.
- Stay updated on SAP updates, enhancements, and industry trends related to SD and MM modules.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP SD and MM modules, with a focus on implementation and go-live aspects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale SAP implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and integration with other modules.
- Excellent understanding of business processes in Sales, Distribution, and Material Management domains.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, IT teams, and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in SAP SD and/or MM modules is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation is a plus.
