Job summary:-
One of leading PVC pipes fittings, water tank manufacturing company is looking for a Assistant manager/Manager for their water tank manufacturing unit at Guwahati location. The person should have experience of more than 9 years of roto moulding/ rotational moulding process specifically making water tanks.
Job responsibility:-
- Administering shift production, quality feedback, Manpower planning & daily shift rejection.
- Prepared tentative production plan for the year / month and date wise.
- To handle production plan, Material plan and Manpower planning in shifts.
- To create SIM as per management’s requirement.
- Ensuring production planning and imparted training to the team.
- Handling the calculation & analysis of m/c down time and efficiency report.
- To achieve nearest approximately production target against as our monthly planned.
- Communication with the quality and Maint for facing the quality and breakdown problem.
- On Job training to operator’s and engineers.
- Following timely preparation of MIS report related to PPC.
- Following up for the order form ppc during dispatches to Customers.
- Preparation, Revision and Distribution of standard molding process condition sheet.
