Business Analyst-Telecom BSS

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across departments to gather requirements for IT systems, integrations, and process automation.
• Analyze business requirements and work with analysts and systems architects to define innovative system solutions.
• Prepare impact analysis documents, recommendations, and executive briefings.
• Manage dependencies on external systems across IT departments.
• Produce key project deliverables, including solution proposals, user acceptance test plans, and dependency matrices.
• Work with project managers/coordinators to clarify software requirements and align with business objectives.
• Design software/reports based on client requirements and produce schedules and ad-hoc information requests.
• Automate report requests where possible and test applications to ensure they meet needs.
• Support implementation and rollout of finalized products and guide development teams.
• Maintain and groom product backlog, participate in scrum ceremonies, and prioritize business requirements to keep stakeholders satisfied.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide innovative solutions to business problems.

• Familiarity with UML, Rest and SOAP-based Web services, Wireframes, and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Cloud architecture and Open Digital Architecture principles preferred.
• Understanding of programming languages, databases, and people management experience is advantageous.
• Experience of more than 7 years.
