Our customer that develops medical devices is looking for a senior data scientist to augment an in-house R&D team to develop intelligent, world class services for predicting most likely outcomes of typical treatments from CT scan data. Successful pilot solutions already exist, you will develop deep learning-based image analysis methods and software components further towards commercial solutions.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in applying machine vision and image analysis to develop commercial products or services in an industrial setting.
- Good theoretical understanding and practical experience in applying modern deep learning methods to image data.
- Rock solid Python developer skills, knowledge, and experience in TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Experience with modern software development and deployment practices.
- Preferably previous experience in medical image analysis, or at least keen interest to learn the domain fast.
- Knowledge of Bayesian modelling or other means of quantifying uncertainty in the predictions.
- Experience in working on GCP is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Candidates should have experience of more than 5 years.
