Sr. Executive/ Assistant manager- Sales

Role Summary:

Looking for Sr. Executive/ Asst Manager – Sales in a leading pipes and fitings manufacturing company to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and expand market presence in Gujarat. The role involves handling project and institutional sales, including government tenders. The candidate should have experience in building material industry such as pipes, doors, taps, faucets, fittings, sanitaryware, or related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and manage existing key accounts
  • Drive sales growth in the Gujarat region
  • Handle project, institutional, and government sales
  • Build relationships with departments like PHED, Jal Nigam, UADD
  • Manage government tenders and project opportunities
  • Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
  • Support and guide the regional sales team
  • Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of sales experience in building material industry
    (such as pipes, doors, taps, faucets, fittings, sanitaryware, etc.)
  • Strong experience in key account management and business development
  • Exposure to government departments, tenders, and project sales
  • Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate

Qualification:

  • Any graduation / MBA
