Sr Executive HR- Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Marketing roles across PAN India
  • Hire across roles including Frontline Sales, ASM/RSM, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding, Trade Marketing, etc.
  • Handle hiring for diverse sales channels such as Dealer, Distributor, Institutional, Government & Project Sales
  • Understand business requirements and create role-specific hiring strategies
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including portals, references, social media, and vendors
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
  • Ensure closure within defined timelines (TAT) with quality hiring
  • Build strong talent pipelines across regions and channels
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and track key metrics (closure ratio, offer drop, etc.)
  • Ensure seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Key Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to Sales & Marketing hiring
  • Prior experience in FMCG / Consumer Durable industry is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Primary & Secondary Sales concepts
    • Sales distribution models (Dealer, Distributor, Channel Sales)
    • Institutional, Government & Project-based sales hiring
    • Marketing functions including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing & Branding
  • Experience handling PAN India hiring mandates, including Tier 2 & Tier 3 locations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong communication, vendor coordiantion and engagement with business leaders
  • Data-driven recruitment approach
  • Experience in bulk and lateral hiring
