Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales (uPVC Doors & Windows)

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals to drive project sales of uPVC Doors and Windows in the Tricity market. The role will focus on engaging with builders, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage project sales opportunities in the Tricity region.

  • Build strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors.

  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote uPVC door & window solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end project sales cycle – lead generation, technical discussion, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

  • Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure timely collections.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support business strategy.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA with 2–6 years of experience in project sales (preferably building materials, fenestration, or related industries).

  • Strong network with builders, architects, and contractors in the Tricity region.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Tricity region.
