Job Overview
We are looking for an Engineer / Senior Engineer- Service & Installation role in a leading uPVC doors, windows, and profiles manufacturing company. Candidates with relevant experience in the doors and windows segment will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Control installation costs, consumables, material handling, site rejections, reorders and site inventory.
- Customer Coordination: Ensure timely site surveys, installation deadlines, reporting and effective information flow.
- Team Management: Manage contractual installers, provide training and ensure workforce productivity.
- Project Execution: Ensure timely completion of installation projects and maintain quality standards through regular audits.
