Perform fabrication operations on aluminium profiles including cutting, drilling, punching, routing, notching, and assembly
Operate various fabrication machines and equipment as per process requirements
Read and understand basic drawings, cutting lists, and job orders
Measure, mark, and prepare materials as per specified dimensions
Ensure proper alignment and accuracy during all fabrication processes
Assemble components and fit required hardware as per specifications
Check dimensions and quality of fabricated parts to ensure proper fitment
Use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, vernier caliper, and gauges
Carry out deburring and finishing to achieve required surface quality
Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure defect-free output
Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or scratches
Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance activities
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the work area
Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times
Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow
Meet daily production targets and timelines
Report any material issues, defects, or machine problems to the supervisor
