Production Manager – Extrusion PVC Pipes (Minimum 10 years)

Job summary:-
Experience should be only with PVC pipes manufacturing companies and should be more then 10 years in PVC manufacturing Industry and should be of production background and some knowledge of quality and compounding as well.

Job responsibility:-

• Extrusion activities of PVC, CPVC, SWR pipes
• Implementing Standard practices of Pipe Extrusion to reduction of rejection and down time
• Optimal utilization of Machines & manpower to achieve production goals following quality & safety standards
• Computer savvy, exposure to ERP preferably SAP
• Maintaining quality of product
• Training to Operators and Juniors
• Administrative works of PVC extrusion dept. and reporting to Plant head
• Basic Knowledge and zeal to learn LEAN manufacturing, TPM, EHS and Operational Excellence.
• Effective production planning to achieve productivity and improve OEE.
