Job summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition- Intern to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications
- Follow up with candidates for feedback, documentation, and onboarding
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or pursuing MBA (HR preferred)
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals is an advantage
