Intern- Talent Acquisition(TA)

Job summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition- Intern to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications
  • Follow up with candidates for feedback, documentation, and onboarding

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or pursuing MBA (HR preferred)
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals is an advantage
