Job Purpose
To train learners in embedded hardware, microcontrollers, firmware development, RTOS, communication protocols and hardware-software integration through practical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach microcontroller architecture and embedded C/C++.
- Develop practical exercises using STM32, ESP32, Raspberry Pi or similar platforms.
- Train learners on GPIO, timers, ADC/DAC, interrupts and peripheral interfaces.
- Teach UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485 and Ethernet.
- Introduce RTOS and embedded Linux fundamentals.
- Train learners on debugging, JTAG and logic analysers.
- Guide sensor, motor-control and IoT projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–12 years of experience in embedded systems, firmware or electronics product development.
- Strong knowledge of C/C++, MCU architecture, RTOS, embedded Linux and communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience in firmware debugging and hardware-software integration.
- Practical knowledge of oscilloscopes, logic analysers and other electronics lab equipment.
Preferred Background
- Automotive electronics, industrial automation, consumer electronics, IoT or embedded product companies.
