Role Overview
The Organizational Change Manager will lead the people, process and adoption aspects of the transformation program, ensuring that new technologies, processes, operating models and governance practices are successfully adopted across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall Change Management Strategy and Roadmap.
- Conduct organizational impact and readiness assessments.
- Identify stakeholder groups and assess change impacts.
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Lead change impact assessments across business units.
- Develop training, awareness and adoption strategies.
- Work with Business Analysts, Program Managers, technology teams and business leaders.
- Develop change communications, training materials, user guides and FAQs.
- Establish adoption and readiness KPIs.
- Monitor user adoption and identify resistance or adoption barriers.
- Develop and execute resistance-management strategies.
- Support business process transition and operating-model changes.
- Coordinate leadership engagement and change champion networks.
- Measure post-implementation adoption and business benefits.
- Ensure sustainable transition to the new operating model.
- Provide regular change-readiness and adoption reporting to program leadership.
Required Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Organizational Change / Transformation / Change Management.
- Experience managing change in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with change impact assessment, training and adoption.
- Strong understanding of organizational transformation and process change.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent change-management certification is an advantage.
