Role Overview
Responsible for streamlining and structuring a currently unorganized (haphazard) store function, ensuring accurate inventory control, system implementation, and efficient material flow for production and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and streamline existing store operations and layout
- Implement proper inventory control and stock accuracy systems
- Design and maintain Excel-based MIS, trackers, and dashboards
- Ensure timely material inward, storage, and issuance
- Maintain GRN, stock registers, and documentation discipline
- Drive FIFO / FEFO practices for raw materials and finished goods
- Identify and eliminate inventory mismatches and leakages
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams
- Define and manage minimum/maximum stock levels
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliation

Improve store efficiency, space utilization, and material handling
Key Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience in store management in manufacturing setup
- Advanced Excel skills (MIS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
- Experience in system setup / process structuring (from scratch preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory control practices (FIFO, stock reconciliation)
- Exposure to ERP/SAP systems (preferred)
Qualifications
- Graduate (any discipline)
- Diploma / Certification in Materials / Supply Chain (preferred)
Preferred Industry Background
- Artificial Leather / Polymer / Plastic / Flooring / PVC pipes and fittings/ Manufacturing
