Japanese Interpreter- Female

Experience:

Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Japanese Interpreter/Translator

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline
• JLPT N2 certified (mandatory)

Job Summary:

Looking for a skilled Female Japanese Interpreter (JLPT N2 certified) to support communication between Japanese and Indian teams. The candidate will be responsible for real-time interpretation, translation of documents, and facilitating smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Japanese ↔ English/Hindi interpretation during meetings, calls, and discussions
• Translate documents, emails, SOPs, and technical materials accurately
• Support Japanese expatriates in daily communication and coordination
• Assist in cross-functional communication between production, quality, and management teams
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translations
• Help in cultural bridging and ensure effective communication

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Japanese language
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of Japanese business culture
• Ability to handle technical/operational terminology (preferred for manufacturing setup)
