Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Diploma Mechanical freshers to join our team as Diploma Engineering Trainees (DET). The role involves working closely with the production, quality, and installation teams in the aluminium doors, windows, and facade manufacturing unit.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and mechanical concepts
- Willingness to work in plant/site environment.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Problem-solving attitude
