Job Description
- Manage end-to-end programme lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, reporting, and delivery.
- Lead multi-country, multi-site field services and technical deployment programmes.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, SLAs, budgets, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with System Integrators, enterprise customers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage onsite dispatch services, end-user support, network and data centre deployments, infrastructure rollouts, technical surveys, WAN/LAN projects, Wireless Access Point installations, AV/VC deployments, and technology refresh programmes.
- Provide leadership and direction to Project Coordinators, Technical Operations Managers, and Technical Coordinators.
- Drive operational excellence through PMO governance, KPI monitoring, SLA management, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
- Manage programme risks, escalations, resource planning, workforce allocation, and executive-level reporting.
- Present programme health, financial performance, resource utilization, and service metrics to senior leadership and customers.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of Programme or Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure, Field Services, Managed Services, or Technical Operations.
- Proven experience managing global field services programmes across multiple geographies.
- Strong experience working with System Integrators and enterprise customers.
- Expertise in onsite dispatch, end-user support, network & data centre deployments, infrastructure rollouts, WAN/LAN projects, and AV/VC deployment programmes.
- Experience leading technical operations, project coordination, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of Programme Management, PMO Governance, SLA & KPI Management, Risk & Escalation Management, Resource Planning, Vendor Management, and Executive Reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Mandatory: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Preferred: ITIL certification, experience in global managed services organizations, and flexibility to work in UK/USA business hours.
