We’re looking for a seasoned Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead delivery and managed services for custom applications -covering development, enhancements, and production support. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role combining Agile leadership, project delivery, and service operations. DR implementation experience is a must.
Key responsibilities
Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery. Own end-to-end project planning, scheduling, risk management, and governance. Lead DR implementation efforts and coordinate with tech teams to ensure operational resilience. Manage production incidents, service requests, and SLA compliance using Azure DevOps. Act as the primary client contact for governance meetings, status reporting, and steering committee updates. Plan and manage team capacity across development, enhancement, and support workstreams.
What we’re looking for
- 12+ years in Agile delivery and project management, preferably in custom application managed services
- Hands-on DR (Disaster Recovery) implementation experience- planning, execution, and validation
- Hands-on Azure DevOps experience – backlog management, sprint boards, work item tracking, and pipeline oversight
- Proven implementation experience managing concurrent development and production support
- Strong command of Scrum, SDLC, and managed services delivery models
- Proficiency across Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
