Job Summary
  • Manage and deliver global field services projects for enterprise customers through System Integrator partnerships.
  • Plan, coordinate, track, and execute multiple concurrent projects across global customer environments.
  • Ensure successful delivery of field services engagements, including infrastructure deployments, end-user support, and workplace technology projects.
  • Collaborate with customers, field engineers, technical operations teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Drive project execution while ensuring adherence to timelines, SLAs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end execution of global field services projects from planning through delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate multi-country, multi-site projects involving field engineers, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, timelines, SLAs, and quality expectations.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status updates and governance reports.
  • Coordinate delivery of onsite dispatch services, end-user support, network and data centre deployments, infrastructure rollouts, WAN/LAN projects, Wireless Access Point installations, AV/VC deployments, and technology refresh or migration projects.
  • Work closely with Project Coordinators, Technical Coordinators, and Technical Operations teams to ensure delivery readiness.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, financial tracking, resource utilization, governance records, and executive reporting.
  • Support escalation management, issue resolution, and compliance with PMO standards and customer delivery processes.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure, Field Services, Managed Services, or Technical Operations.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site technical deployment projects across enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with System Integrators and enterprise customers.
  • Strong knowledge of field services delivery, technical operations, and project governance.
  • Experience in onsite dispatch services, end-user support, network & data centre deployments, infrastructure rollouts, WAN/LAN projects, and AV/VC deployments.
  • Strong skills in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Resource Coordination, Vendor Management, PMO Governance, SLA & KPI tracking, Risk & Issue Management, and Reporting.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and customer management skills.
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent; ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting UK/USA customers and willingness to work UK/USA business hours is preferred.
