HR Generalist(Female)- Japanese MNC

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement and learning & development. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding and background verification.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, attendance and compliance (PF/ESI).
  • Conduct induction training and ensure smooth employee orientation.
  • Develop and implement training programs and L&D initiatives.
  • Draft HR documents (Offer letters, appointment letters, increments etc.).
  • Oversee performance management, including KRA/KPI drafting and appraisals.
  • Drive employee engagement activities, including wellness programs and cultural events.
  • Manage exit formalities and ensure a seamless offboarding process.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools like SAVIOR.
  • Knowledge of PF, ESI and labor laws.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and manage L&D programs.
