Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement and learning & development. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and background verification.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, attendance and compliance (PF/ESI).
- Conduct induction training and ensure smooth employee orientation.
- Develop and implement training programs and L&D initiatives.
- Draft HR documents (Offer letters, appointment letters, increments etc.).
- Oversee performance management, including KRA/KPI drafting and appraisals.
- Drive employee engagement activities, including wellness programs and cultural events.
- Manage exit formalities and ensure a seamless offboarding process.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools like SAVIOR.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI and labor laws.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and manage L&D programs.
