We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM Developer with hands-on experience in customization, development, and integration of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The candidate will work closely with functional teams and architects to design, develop, and enhance CRM applications using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solutions based on business requirements.

Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.

Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations using C# and .NET.

Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript / TypeScript.

Work with Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles.

Build solutions using Power Apps (Model-driven or Canvas apps) where required.

Develop automation using Power Automate flows.

Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, or Azure services.

Participate in solution design discussions and technical documentation.

Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation enhancements.

Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills

3–7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development.

Strong experience with C#, .NET, and CRM plugins.

Experience with JavaScript and CRM web resources.

Good understanding of Dataverse / CRM data model and security.

Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

Knowledge of CRM customization and configuration.

Familiarity with API integrations and Azure services is a plus.

Understanding of solution management and ALM in Dynamics 365.
