Industry: Aluminium Doors, Windows & Façade Systems
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and product development activities for aluminium door, window, and partition systems.
- Develop new aluminium profiles, systems, and product solutions as per market and project requirements.
- Prepare estimation and costing for aluminium door and window systems.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and execution details.
- Handle die design coordination and profile development activities.
- Manage BOM validation, glass releasing, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, production, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Support production planning, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide design support during project execution.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of aluminium door & window systems and profile development.
- Experience in estimation, technical design review, and system development.
- Understanding of aluminium, SS, MS, GI, and glass-related works.
- Hands-on experience in die development and technical coordination.
- Good understanding of fabrication and production processes.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD 2D
- SolidWorks 3D
- Eva (Preferred)
- MS Excel & MS Word
Experience
- 6-12 years of relevant experience in aluminium doors, windows, façade systems, or architectural hardware industry.
Education
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline.
