Project Manager-Digital transformation- Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Utilize project management best practices to plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize project efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Implement agile methodologies for project planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct sprint planning, monitor sprint progress, and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders using clear and concise communication.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, escalate issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Proven experience in managing and executing large-scale projects, preferably within digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies, with Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data analytics, data warehousing, database administration, business intelligence, and data visualization projects. (Not necessary)
• Willingness to travel for long-term onsite engagements as required.
• Exposure to digital transformation programs and onsite knowledge skills and abilities (KSA) is advantageous.

Good to Have:

• Experience with digital transformation programs, including technology adoption, process optimization, and organizational change management.
• Onsite knowledge skills and abilities (KSA) related to the project’s geographical location.
