Job responsibilities: –
- Lead and manage the maintenance team responsible for servicing and repairing injection molding equipment, including machines, molds, and auxiliary machinery.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime, coordinating maintenance schedules and activities with production schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of injection molding equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs, troubleshoot issues, and address mechanical or electrical failures promptly.
- Plan and execute equipment upgrades, retrofits, and installations, coordinating with engineering and production teams to minimize disruption to operations.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables for injection molding equipment, sourcing and procuring parts as needed to support maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Provide technical expertise and support to production and engineering teams regarding equipment capabilities, limitations, and troubleshooting.
Qualification: -Diploma/B. Tech Mechanical/Electrical
Work experience: -10+ years of maintenance Injection molding manufacturing.
