Executive- Talent Acqusition

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate offer rollout and onboarding formalities.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply
