Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate offer rollout and onboarding formalities.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply
