Assistant Engineer – Machine Maintenance

Execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum machine uptime and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC systems (Omron CJ/NX Series, Mitsubishi).
  • Read and modify electrical drawings, relay logic circuits, and control systems.
  • Handle maintenance of Denso, Mitsubishi, Yamaha robots, and IAI actuators.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot SMT, Wave Soldering, Selective Soldering, Potting, and automation equipment.
  • Troubleshoot CNC machines (Fanuc), Die Casting, Injection Moulding (Toyo), Furnaces, and Winding Machines.
  • Diagnose and resolve hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic system issues.
  • Carry out component-level PCB and electronic circuit repairs.
  • Execute preventive maintenance activities and maintain PM records/checklists.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Raise spare part indents and coordinate for timely availability.
  • Ensure safe and reliable machine handover to production after maintenance activities.
