Key Responsibilities
- Translate business workshops and stakeholder discussions into clear user stories, business requirements, and functional documentation.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog while ensuring end-to-end requirement traceability.
- Develop process flows, use cases, business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and related project artifacts.
- Conduct dependency mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments across systems and processes.
- Collaborate closely with onsite teams, solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and delivery objectives.
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and requirement clarification sessions.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain preferred.
- Strong understanding of integrated banking ecosystems and interfaces with peripheral systems such as Digital Banking Channels, Payments, Cards, AML/KYC platforms, Core Banking Systems, and Middleware/Integration platforms.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
