Key Areas:

  • Facility & Office Administration: Housekeeping, pantry, canteen, travel & logistics, inventory, procurement, vendor & bill management.
  • Security & Safety: CCTV monitoring, fire safety, compliance with local authorities, health & safety audits, disaster management.
  • Event & Corporate Coordination: Corporate events, seminars, meetings, vendor visits, internal & external events.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Expense tracking, petty cash, bill processing, cost optimization.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Supervising facility staff, managing service providers, contracts, and performance monitoring.
  • Operations Management: Building & infrastructure maintenance (utilities, STP/ETP, HVAC, CCTV, generators, pest control).
  • Compliance & Liaison: Government departments (Fire, Police, Pollution Board, Licensing, FRRO), ensuring statutory compliance.
  • HR & Executive Support: Attendance, onboarding, support for leadership and staff welfare.
