Plant HR & Admin

Looking for a Plant HR able to handle a green field plant and will be involved in admin and compliances along with the time office function, 7+ years experience required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Handling & managing end-to-end time office, payroll processing and statutory compliance administration.
  • Good Experience in handling end-to-end payroll for medium-sized company with 500 employees.
  • Statutory Compliance – Managing Payroll related legal & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus & Minimum wages etc.).
  • Recruitment – Interview Skills.
  • Talent Acquisition Process.
  • Maintain the personal file of Plant level employees with all documentation.
  • Training management & coordination as per yearly calendar schedule.
  • Management Information/Reporting.
  • MIS Data entries for various manpower reports for plant level.
  • Performing such other duties as required as per the needs of the company.
  • Working experience with any HRM software is mandatary.
  • Manage the Administrative task of plant site.
