Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the organisation’s overall finance and accounting operations for a Solar company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in financial management, treasury, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and manufacturing finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Treasury & Banking : Cash flow management, fund planning, and management of banking limits.
- Financial Reporting & Accounting : Monthly and annual financial closures, preparation of financial statements, MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Taxation & Compliance : Oversight of direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, tax assessments, statutory filings.
- Audit & Internal Controls : Coordination with statutory and internal auditors, implementation of internal financial controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manufacturing Finance : Monitoring of product costing, cost control, inventory valuation, working capital, capital expenditure, and other manufacturing-related financial activities.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing organisation is essential/preferred.
- Renewable energy or solar manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, treasury, costing, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
