Job Description
- Manage end-to-end global IT field service operations across multiple regions and customer environments.
- Oversee delivery of enterprise networking, data centre installations, WAN/LAN deployments, wireless access point installations, structured cabling, AV/VC solutions, AI infrastructure, and technology rollout projects.
- Lead and mentor Technical Coordinators and field engineering teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate project execution, resource allocation, scheduling, and operational readiness.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and manage stakeholder communications, escalations, and service reviews.
- Review and validate technical deliverables, including survey reports, site assessments, installation reports, as-built documentation, and project evidence.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, customer requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, project milestones, resource utilization, and operational performance.
- Identify operational risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports, project updates, and performance dashboards for senior management and customers.
- Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and leadership.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, Field Services, Service Delivery, or Technical Operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience managing international IT deployment programmes, global customer accounts, and geographically distributed teams.
- Expertise in Enterprise Networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN), Data Centre Infrastructure, Structured Cabling, Wireless Networking, AI Infrastructure, GPU Server Deployments, Edge AI, Audio Visual (AV), Video Conferencing (VC), and IT Infrastructure implementations.
- Proven experience in Technical Operations Management, Service Delivery, Resource Planning, Project Coordination, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, and Operational Governance.
- Strong stakeholder management, customer relationship management, leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile, and Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
