Operate CNC machines (cutting, drilling, milling) for aluminium profiles and sheets
Load and unload aluminium sections into the machine as per production plan
Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications
Select and run the appropriate CNC program for each job
Set up fixtures, clamps, and tools before machining
Adjust machine parameters like speed, feed, and depth as required
Ensure accuracy of dimensions using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
Inspect finished components for quality, finish, and tolerance compliance
Carry out operations like cutting, routing, slotting, drilling for aluminium doors/windows/facade systems
Monitor machine performance and report any deviations or breakdowns
Conduct routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and tool replacement
