A leading MNC is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Sr. Executive / Executive – General Administration at its office located on Sohna Road, Gurugram. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in office administration, travel desk management, training coordination, and facility administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Time Office and attendance coordination activities
- Provide Training Administration and employee coordination support
- Manage Travel Desk operations including hotel bookings, ticketing, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate logistics support for employees and guests
- Oversee pantry management and workplace administration
- Support day-to-day office administration activities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain administrative records and MIS reports
- Ensure smooth office operations and employee support services
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and organizational abilities
- Experience in corporate administration and office management
- Experience in travel desk and hotel booking coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting
- Ability to manage multiple administrative activities efficiently
Preferred Candidate
