SIEBEL CRM Quality assurance

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Siebel CRM functional testing with 3+ years of telecom experience.
Exposure to End to End Telecom services flow GSM, Landline and Data circuits life cycle
Expertise in preparing the test design/cases based on the requirement and design document
Must have knowledge of Leads, Opportunity, and other Sales concepts
Experience Lead management Order Management, Quote, Order ‚Assets
Ability to handle business testing and co-ordinating with the other team members
Excellent communications and analytical skills
Preferable experience in agile
Preferred to have basic Rating & billing knowledge
