Quality Assurance Engineer-Auto Ancillary-Japanese MNC

We are hiring for the position of Quality Assurance Engineer at a reputed Japanese MNC in the auto ancillary sector, located in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, particularly in the automotive components industry, with exposure to sheet metal, forging, or stamping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-depth understanding of GD&T and SPC (Statistical Process Control)

• Strong grasp of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) methodologies

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Conduct product part layout inspection and defect analysis

• Proficient in using measuring instruments and tools

• Execute containment actions for quality issues

• Prepare process documentation including work instructions, check sheets, and control plans

• Perform Why-Why analysis and contribute to system-level quality improvements

• Engage in supplier quality management activities including incoming quality checks and supplier audits

• Experience working with auto components such as sheet metal, forging, or stamping parts (preferred)

• Effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality concerns

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI

• Familiarity with AI applications in manufacturing (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
