Project Manager- (FMCG)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans and oversee project activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set product launch timelines and ensure on-time, budget-friendly execution.
• Work closely with the commercial team for seamless pre-launch and post-launch coordination.
• Conduct regular supply chain risk assessments and create contingency plans for operational efficiency.
• Identify and address project risks, escalate critical issues, and implement approved solutions.
• Manage projects for Beauty & Personal Care, Home Care, and Nutraceuticals in the US and Domestic Markets.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in pharmacy or science, or a dual degree in Pharmacy + MBA.
• Experience 3+ years of project management experience in personal care/pharma manufacturing
  industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and strategic approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
