Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production planning and control Lead to oversee and enhance our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, inventory management, process optimization, and coordination between various departments to ensure timely and efficient production. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Production Planning and control and should be from uPVC windows and profile manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Machining Process Training & Manpower Management: Provide hands-on training on machining processes and effectively manage production staff.

On-Time Manufacturing (OTM) Monitoring: Ensure monthly OTM compliance exceeds 98% by addressing production plan deviations and raw material shortages.

Demand Forecasting & Material Planning: Analyze sales plans and consumption patterns to forecast demand and plan material procurement monthly.

Inventory Management: Utilize ABC analysis for efficient inventory control and stock tracking.

Process Optimization: Streamline production processes to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Weekly FIS Meetings: Lead meetings to monitor demand fluctuations and plan materials to prevent stockouts.

Monthly MIS Reporting: Prepare reports comparing planned versus actual metrics and collaborate with functional heads to develop action plans.

Inventory Ageing Monitoring: Track inventory ageing monthly and implement strategies to keep ageing below defined targets.

Production Planning: Develop balanced production plans to ensure controlled workflow through systems like Windowmaker.

Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure timely order deliveries and manage order changes effectively.
