Job Description

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants to lead and support end-to-end implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including:
    • Core HR – HR Foundation, Workforce Structures, Person Management, Absence Management, Payroll Integration
    • ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) – Requisitions, Job Posting, Candidate Management, Offer Management
    • Talent Management – Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, Learning
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including workflows, approval hierarchies, security roles, and business rules.
  • Support integrations with Payroll, Finance, and third-party platforms using HCM Extracts, FBDI, HDL, and OIC.
  • Prepare and execute test scenarios, support UAT, and validate end-to-end business processes.
  • Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
  • Prepare functional documentation including BR100 documents, configuration documents, training manuals, and SOPs.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide functional support to HR stakeholders and business users.
  • Participate in go-live activities, hypercare support, and post-production support.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation/support projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • Core HR
    • ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
    • Talent Management modules
  • Good understanding of HCM business processes and HR operations.
  • Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL/FBDI, OIC integrations, and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in UAT, data migration, and production support.
  • Prior experience working with Middle East/GCC clients is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Fusion HCM Certifications preferred.
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Payroll integration and security configurations is an added advantage.
