Key account manager- Electronics components
Job roles and responsibilities :
– OEM Business Development & New Product Introduction
– Support as a ‘Single Point of Contact’ for customers.
– New Product Development/NPD with New Clients & all relevant pre sales activities.
– Understanding Customer requirement & aligning with product portfolio.
– Coordinating technical support to determine client needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve problems.
– Project Management & completion within the specified budget ad timeline.
– Techno-commercial proposal & responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP
– Manage Key Accounts PAN India
– Monitor competitors offering, prices and sales.
– Regular meeting with existing & new customers regarding future demand forecasting and new product introductions.
– Scheduling/modification of production plan depending on monthly/quarterly sales plan.
– Sound technical knowledge of electronics products.
