Job Description:
- To lead a lean team of 2 people of Talent acquisition and T&D, Reporting to Head HR
- Very good in soft skills, excellent presentation skills
- Preparation and finalization of KPI’s and KRA’s
- To look after all Activities related to PMS like Probation, Confirmation, and performance review twice in a year
- Keep Track of all employees Annual performance with the help of their KRA’s against their KPI’S
- Teach employee about KRA & KPI to achieve company goal & objective
- Identify low performer on the basis of review & make plan for their further development
- Prepare Increment/Promotion letter of employees.
- Induction training of new employee in the organization and evaluating their performance after Six Month in Review meetings
- Training Vendor Management & negotiation and maintaining training budget
- Identify training needs of employee through learning & development program /KRA’s.
- Prepare Annual Training Calendar, Faculty List, External Trainer List, Training Material & Conduct Trainings (Class Room as well OJT).
- Talent Accusation, sourcing through referrals and vendor management
