Automation Developer – Gen AI / ML

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Developer with expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions leveraging advanced AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end AI-driven automation solutions using ML, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy models for NLP, document processing, and computer vision use cases.

• Build scalable pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring of deployed models.

• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications, ensuring robustness, scalability, and reliability.

• Experiment with Gen AI techniques, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks to optimize performance.

• Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and recommend adoption of cutting-edge techniques.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

• Proven experience in developing & deploying 20+ ML/AI models across NLP and/or Computer Vision.

• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).

• Hands-on expertise in RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and Gen AI applications.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, etc.).

• Knowledge of MLOps practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management of ML models.

• Exposure to agentic workflows and automation platforms.
