We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Business Analyst to support large-scale insurance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Duck Creek implementation, migration, and upgrade projects, with expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional testing, and UAT. Prior experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is mandatory.
Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Perform requirement analysis and gap analysis for Duck Creek implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver project objectives.
- Prepare business scenarios, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Support cloud-based Duck Creek transformation projects.
- Coordinate and support Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs.
- Ensure successful delivery of business solutions aligned with client requirements.
Required Skills
- 8-10 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Strong experience in insurance transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in Requirement Analysis and Gap Analysis.
- Experience with Functional Testing and UAT.
- Knowledge of Duck Creek Cloud (preferred).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Mandatory: Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience.
