Time office-Executive(Japanese MNC)

Job Purpose:

Looking for Time office-Executive for the leading japanese automotive industry. To manage employee attendance, shift scheduling, leave records, and ensure accurate timekeeping data for payroll processing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily attendance records (biometric/manual).
  • Monitor employee in-time, out-time, overtime, and shift rotations.
  • Manage leave records (CL, SL, EL) and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with departments for shift planning and manpower allocation.
  • Prepare attendance reports and share inputs for payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Handle gate passes, late coming, early going, and absenteeism tracking.
  • Maintain employee records related to attendance and time office.
  • Support audits by providing required attendance and manpower data.

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of attendance systems (biometric/ERP).
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate (B.Com / B.A / BBA preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in Time Office / HR Operations (preferably in manufacturing).
