Job Purpose:
Looking for Time office-Executive for the leading japanese automotive industry. To manage employee attendance, shift scheduling, leave records, and ensure accurate timekeeping data for payroll processing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily attendance records (biometric/manual).
- Monitor employee in-time, out-time, overtime, and shift rotations.
- Manage leave records (CL, SL, EL) and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with departments for shift planning and manpower allocation.
- Prepare attendance reports and share inputs for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle gate passes, late coming, early going, and absenteeism tracking.
- Maintain employee records related to attendance and time office.
- Support audits by providing required attendance and manpower data.
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of attendance systems (biometric/ERP).
- Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate (B.Com / B.A / BBA preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in Time Office / HR Operations (preferably in manufacturing).
