Role Objective:
Drive revenue growth through project sales and institutional business development by engaging with builders, contractors, consultants, architects, and government/semi-government institutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project sales pipeline across real estate, infrastructure, and industrial projects

Establish strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and PMC firms

Drive institutional sales including government departments, PSUs, and large corporates
-
Identify upcoming projects and ensure early-stage product approvals/specifications
-
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, supply, and execution

Ensure timely closure of orders and collection of payments

Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and profitability goals

Maintain MIS reports, sales forecasts, and project tracking
