Sr. Executive/ Assistant manager- Project and Institutional sales- Building Material industry

Role Objective:
Drive revenue growth through project sales and institutional business development by engaging with builders, contractors, consultants, architects, and government/semi-government institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project sales pipeline across real estate, infrastructure, and industrial projects
  • Establish strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and PMC firms
  • Drive institutional sales including government departments, PSUs, and large corporates
  • Identify upcoming projects and ensure early-stage product approvals/specifications
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, supply, and execution
  • Ensure timely closure of orders and collection of payments
  • Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and profitability goals
  • Maintain MIS reports, sales forecasts, and project tracking
