Job responsibility:-
- Monitor and track employee attendance, including leave and overtime.
- Ensure accurate and up to date attendance data.
- Address and resolve discrepancies in attendance records.
- Track and manage leave balances, approvals, and requests.
- Ensure adherence to leave policies and handle various types of leave (sick, casual, annual).
- Use time office software (Practo HR, Star Link, etc.) to monitor and record attendance.
- Generate and provide reports on attendance, leave, and overtime for HR and management.
- Ensure accurate data entry in time office software.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding attendance and leave policies.
- Assist employees with time management policies and procedures.
- Act as the point of contact for attendance-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide regular attendance and leave reports to HR and other departments.
- Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate timekeeping data.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll based on attendance.
- Assist in attendance audits and ensure data integrity.
