HR Generalist- Female

Job role:

Looking for an HR Generalist (Female) for the Corporate Office of a leading manufacturing company based in Noida. The role involves handling end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee engagement, Training and Development(T&D) amd PMS role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales roles
• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and consultants
• Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
• Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and joining follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment MIS and trackers
• Build a strong sales talent pipeline

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• Experience: 3–8 years in recruitment
• Mandatory experience in sales hiring 
• Preferably from building materials, FMCG, or manufacturing

Skills:

• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Good sourcing and screening skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
