Enterprise Architect – Digital Transformation

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive the Digital Transformation strategy for a leading Insurance company in Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for designing enterprise-wide architecture solutions that align with the company’s digital vision, business strategy, and regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks covering business, data, application, and technology layers.

• Define architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives.

• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

• Evaluate and select platforms, tools, and solutions aligned with modernization efforts.

• Provide architectural governance and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture policies.

• Guide integration of legacy systems with new digital platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

• Support cloud adoption, API enablement, and data architecture modernization.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect, preferably in the insurance or BFSI domain.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or Gartner.

• Hands-on experience with digital platforms, cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs, microservices, and DevOps.

• Proven ability to design and drive transformation across business and technology domains.

• Solid understanding of insurance operations, regulatory standards, and data privacy within the GCC.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• TOGAF Certification or equivalent EA credential.

• Experience in core insurance platform modernization (e.g., Guidewire, TCS BaNCS, Duck Creek OR INSIS).

• Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
