Job Purpose
To train learners in automation and electromechanical systems used in semiconductor equipment, including PLC, HMI, motion control, robotics, sensors, machine vision and equipment troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach PLC, HMI, SCADA and industrial automation fundamentals.
- Train learners on sensors, actuators, motors, drives and motion control.
- Conduct practical training on servo, stepper, pneumatic and robotic systems.
- Introduce machine vision and automated inspection.
- Explain equipment interlocks, safety circuits and material handling.
- Develop equipment troubleshooting exercises.
- Support integration projects involving vacuum, optics and embedded systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–15 years of experience in automation, mechatronics, semiconductor equipment or industrial machinery.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, servo systems, VFD, robotics, pneumatics and sensors.
- Understanding of machine vision, motion control and industrial networking.
- Strong equipment troubleshooting and safety skills.
Preferred Background
- Semiconductor equipment OEMs, automation integrators, industrial robotics, precision manufacturing or advanced factory environments.
