Enablon EHS Application Support Consultant | Remote | 6 Month Contract | EST Shift

We are looking for an experienced Enablon (EnableON) EHS Application Support Consultant to join our Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in the Enablon EHS platform, supporting production environments, application enhancements, integrations, and business operations. The role requires close collaboration with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure reliable platform performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for the Enablon (EnableON) EHS platform.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Gather business requirements and implement application enhancements and process improvements.
• Configure Enablon modules, perform testing, deployment, and production validation.
• Coordinate with Enablon vendor support for defect resolution, patches, and platform upgrades.
• Support application integrations, data migration, user onboarding, role-based security, and reporting.
• Participate in UAT, production deployments, Go-Live activities, release management, and hypercare support.
• Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and support knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability and continuous optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Enablon (EnableON) EHS applications.
• Strong understanding of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) business processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise production applications in large organizations.
• Expertise in the following Enablon modules:
  • Incident Management
  • Observations / Safety Reporting
  • Audits & Inspections
  • Action Management
  • Compliance Management
  • Risk Management
  • Management of Change (MOC)
• Experience coordinating UAT, production releases, deployments, and hypercare support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Enablon with SAP, Workday, Power BI, or SharePoint.
• Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, and validation.
• Experience working in Industrial, Manufacturing, Energy, Oil & Gas, or LNG environments.
• Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Exposure to release management and enterprise application lifecycle management.

Nice to Have

• ITIL or Application Support experience.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
