Sr. engineer Maintenance(Injection moulding)

Looking for sr. maintenance engineer (injection moulding) for a pipes and fittings manufacturing industry that is located in Noida. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of extrusion, injection moulding, mixer, grinder, and packaging machines.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, electrical panels, sensors, relays, contactors, drives, and control circuits.
• Operate and maintain HT/LT switchgear, transformers, MCC, PCC, circuit breakers, motors, DG sets, UPS, and EOT cranes.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, compressors, chillers, AHUs, pumps, heaters, valves, and conveyors.
• Diagnose and rectify issues related to VFDs, servo drives, thermocouples, RTDs, LVDTs, transmitters, and industrial automation systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain industrial drives (ABB, Danfoss, Delta, etc.) and ensure optimum machine performance.
• Carry out calibration of plant equipment and maintain machine safety standards.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Ensure documentation of maintenance activities in accordance with ISO standards, KPIs, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and vendors for maintenance planning, spare parts, and material reconciliation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, 5S, and other lean manufacturing practices.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, and industrial automation.
• Good understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex industrial machinery and utility equipment.
• Familiarity with ISO documentation, safety standards, and maintenance KPIs.

Qualification

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical engineering.
